Check also part 1 of the video under the same title. NHL legend, future hall of famer and veteran goaltender Martin Brodeur of the New Jersey Devils stretches and warms up at the start of the third period at ScotiaBank Place in Ottawa on January 2, 2012 (Devils @ Senators 1/2/12). The native of Montréal, Québec was selected 20th overall in the 1st round of the 1990 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils. Brodeur is regarded by many as the best goaltender in NHL history winning three Stanley Cups and four Vezina trophies as the NHL's best goaltender. Brodeur is the youngest goaltender in NHL history to reach the 300, 400 and 500 regular season win plateaus and is the only goaltender to reach 600 regular season wins. Brodeur has won 40 or more games in a season on 7 different occasions including 48 in the 2006-07 season. Brodeur also won the goal medal for Canada at the 2002 and 2010 winter Olympics. In November 2009, Brodeur broke the record for most minutes ever played by an NHL goaltender. The following month, Brodeur surpassed Terry Sawchuk's record for most shutouts with his 104th regular season shutout with a 4--0 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins. To add to Brodeur's numerous accomplishments, the man also won the Calder Trophy for the top rookie in the 1993-94 NHL season. His father, Denis, was a former goaltender who helped Canada win the bronze medal at the 1956 Olympic Games in Cortina D'Ampezzo, Italy and a longtime photographer for the Montreal Canadiens.

  • Ey man when are you going at the next game?

  • @NichlasPettersson97, God-willing, February 7 against St. Louis; then Nashville on February 9 and then February 26 vs. NY Islanders...and that is going to be it for good.

  • @Habsfan0206 Aha. But will you not go on any games after that this season?

  • @NichlasPettersson97, no this should be it for me. I'm Christian and I need to focus more on our Creator and Savior. He's coming back soon! Hockey is merely a distraction.

  • @Habsfan0206 that is a terrible shame. I am really going to miss the warm up videos that you post. Will you be going to the all star game though?

  • @basimp6, since I keep the 7th day Sabbath, as per the commandment, I will miss the event on Friday night and part of Saturday evening.
