  • best to cube the potatoes and place them in the moat. Pour a little Olive Oil over them and you're good to go. THey cook in about an hour. I always put them in the moat when I'm doing Lamb or Beef Roast, then they roast in the fat drippings. Fantastic!

  • @cobbmaster Do you add any li9quid to the potatoes in the moat? Or just the olive oil?

  • You had me at "beer"

  • I don't think many others bake potatoes as we Brits do, so they probably don't know what you mean.

  • Extremely well.

    And it's quick!

  • I saw one of these at a local outdoor shop in Seattle. It looks very well-made. Just doing research now to figure out if it fits our needs, as a family we enjoy car camping. I am impressed with this device.

  • Nice to hear a South African that has retained his South African accent!

  • Cooks steaks awesome.

Done right through but its always juicy, never ever dry.

One of the best steaks Ive ever done on a BBQ.

This is a brilliant deivce, Ive used them for years (back in South Africa)

  • Does the Cobb cook steak very well?

  • Has anyone successfully cooked baked potatoes with a cobb?

Mine were still not done after almost 6 hours!!
