Poor boy his mommy making him scoot just kidding that must suck but I do know someone who is in way worse condition she was tubing and boat driver got to close to the land and turned to quickly and went straight into dock about 25 miles per hour she is lucky to be alive if they were going like 35 or 40 mph she probly wouldn't be here
