bro i dont want to be'' thaat guy'' but i would never take advice from a guy about six pack abs that dont even have a six pack of abs yet. alittle fyi. get abs then do video so you have proof

Im a 14 year old child and my body fat is 11.5%. I have been doing cardio for a couple of months now and my body fat has dropped from 12% to 11.5% Should i do ab exercises now. I am getting sick of spending an hour a day at the gym to do cardio. Someone told me i should build my abs now for them to start showing is this true?

just buy a cheap gym membership and you wont have to do 1000 sit ups a day.. plus the only thing you will be feeling at the end of the day wont be that you havent worked out enough today itll be:Omg i have a big muscle fever.

omfg i dont understand how to get abs! do you have to run or jog? im on a good diet but i useally just do some situps everyday but i never get em

hey hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my m8 got really defined Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

@brittrosa1 since this is a muscular exercise , no you will not lose weight , infact you'll be gaining weight since muscle weighs more than fat. If you want to lose weight however, you need to do loads of cardio ; jogging , sprinting , swimming , cycling .etc

Thank you for posting this, I've been using it for a month or two and I've really noticed a significant change in my core strength and consequently my balance and running ability, overall it's just been awesome! Especially the knowledge you passed on in the video, it was very good to know. :) However, it's reached the point where I no longer find this workout as challenging as before, so I was wondering if you had any advice as to what kind of core strengthening exercises I should try next?
