In the story, the hiatus is 11 years between Try and Revolution.

How long of a hiatus was it between TRY and this? I think TRY was in 97, and if I'm correct, this came out in 08. If that's true then it was about 9 years.

I have liked this anime since I was In Elementary School, I bought the manga when I became a teen and it still makes me laugh a lot, this kind of whacky yet epic anime is hard to find I hope they keep making great anime like this...
