hey Dave, bought a CD at the Oakland Farmer's Market last week, really enjoyed your show! The Blues is right in tune with this economy, time for a revival! I grew up watching the late great bluesman Bill Chinnock perform way way back in Maine ... and Charley Musselwhite when I moved to Marin, you are carrying on a great tradition!

My new bride and I saw Dave playing that great blues music in front of the Hard Rock Cafe at Fishermans Wharf in late afternoon-April 21st, 2010. It was our first day from Vancouver for our Honeymoon and love was in the air. We danced right there on the Wharf! What an introduction to San Francisco! What an incredible way to start our honeymoon!! I've ordered some of his CD's online. Thank you Dave. R&L

nice tune, who was playing the other parts or are they recorded?
i have for the past 5 years or so wondered about music being played on the streets, interesting for sure, although i notice a few with whole set ups such as yours (amps mikes reverb machines)
anyway this is a really nice tune and is well played, i think i will hit the streets myself and look for some blues ha

The rythm guitar behind the guitar solo is recorded on a boss RC-20 loop station DURING the performance.
It's like an instant replay of the sung verse that precedes the guitar solo. It's operated with my foot.
