Whenever I get a chance, I drop down into this stretch... most athletes need this stretch and anyone who sits a lot needs it too...
Do 30 seconds in each position, 1 rep per side, whenever you get a chance, and you'll feel a lot looser in the hips and might even get rid of some nagging back and knee pain...

I really like these stretches. Thanks! Take care. Don't just jump into this cold though. Warm up a bit first. I strained my flexor doing this without proper warm up. Do hip rotations (like hula-hoop) or whatever it takes to warm up the muscle first.
