This is not an OS 3L which uses a 26 block with a spacer plate and 2 head gaskets ,This is a Hi Octane Racing race prepped RB30 short block

Yes you can Stroke an RB26DETT. There are kits available to stroke the RB out to 3L but most people go for the OS 3L because it is a complete engine package minus turbos and manifolds and electricals. I believe that Top Secret has a 3L Stroker kit for the RB26 whilst Tomei has a 2.7 and 2.8 Genesis engines available. So stroking on RB26 is available.

If its OS your looking at like 28-30k worth of block/bottom end. I use to work right near CnJ, im pretty sure we got custom made tailshafts off them and sandblasting done there.

@Abbattit0re You cant bore an rb26 block out to 3.0L. They used a nissan rb30 block out of the r31 skylines and vl commodore.

The rb26 head bolts straight up.
