I understand what you mean by not being a follower but not necessarily a leader. You were not a follower. You would do your own thing rather someone followed you or not. But, congrats on finding out that you are a leader. Even if you were pushed into it! LOL! Shine my brother!

I haven't checked out any of your forums, but the fact you have a forum that people check out shows that you're already a leader in some capacity. I think that if you want to be a leader and be influential, it can be done. It takes a certain consciousness and practice, but anyone can do it. I am not a natural leader, but I can feel myself making strides every day. You can too.
