Beck chose to not answer the question at all. Because of this we don't know what he truly thinks. His answer would let you know if he has a broad or limited mindset. No answer though says to me that he is either a coward that's afraid he might offend someone or he just hasn't given the question any kind of serious thought.

she said he had all the time in the world so therefore he had time to think it out... and the comment he made from the beginning is an offensive thing to say. So neither explanation really holds much water. I'd say he is doing his show for entertainment because that is really the only thing he achieves. The 9/12 protests had ridiculous arguments and would never hold up in court. He says things that are blatently not true. He does it for Entertainment.

When confronted with such questions I find that the best answer is to try to better define the term "Culture" itself. A person's culture is based on the values, practices and lifestyles one embraces. Culture isn't always about race. Questions like, "What is (Insert Race Here) Culture?" limits the definition of "Culture" exclusively to race. Thus a poorly executed definition often involves creating offensive caricatures of a group people. Beck may not be racist, but he is definitely ignorant.

only god knows if beck is a real racist. bcuz he is too chicken-shit to speak his true mind. as for his comments... they were very racist. the white culture is white rule, white subliminal superiority, white power, distorted white history.. where the victim, became the villain, and a hero rose to prominence.....white tradition, baseball & apple pie, Hollywood wives, weekends at the lake, soccer moms, nascar racing, skiing .. these things would be compromised somehow, with a black president

Wow, a white person who finally gets it! People are individuals! And, as far as culture for black AA people, I think that we want to be included into black CULTURE. We make it our own through the music of our youth, the experiences we share just being black, ect. It helps us to relate to one another and feel closer to each other. We begin to feel like part of a larger family. Being black is challenging and the experiences can be hard to handle. It helps give us the strength to march on.

Yeah there is no "White Culture" Glenn used there term and by saying "has deep-seated hate for white culture" in reference to Obama. There is no "White Culture" but Glenn gets a way with saying Obama hates "White Culture" and there for well Glenn could go any were from there could he not.

I think you answered the question pretty well, and thanks for sharing your views. Sorry other people are rating your video low, but you made good points. There might be "stereotypical" white or black cultures or ones based on super broad generalities, but really, it's more how people seem to define themselves than by how their race defines them. You made good points.

I agree I believe he totally does his show for entertainment. About a year before he got fired from CNN. I remember hearing him say that he is a comedian and cant believe his opinions are even taken seriously. After I heard that it made me ask myself why are people who aren't journalist given journalistic jobs? Then the answer hit me. It's all about ratings. Fox only cares about ratings so they snapped him up right away. It's all BS.
