@sinder87 supermulti means it can read and write all tyoes of disks. not insert many disks in the drive at one time.

22X or 24x it doesn't matter since dvd's only have discs up to 16x. There is no such thing as a 24x blank dvd.

22x for the most part is the standard speed for most drives. They do sell 24x drives which are a little faster, but mostly don't show much of a difference.
