I think its actually better if you start with a one hour jogging so you wouldnt have to worry about increasing the amount of time every week.

The best way to begin is to make it with intervals, for ex: 3 mins walking/5 mins jogging, and do it repeatedly, and every day you try to run more and walk less. Anyway, if you ever feel you're getting exhausted just start walking to recover, that's not good, that's not sport, it's just suffering. No begginer can start with 20 mins...and if the muscles on your legs, knees and hips don't get used to it gradually you can get seriously injured.
20 minutes? somebody who's out of shape and never ran, 20 minutes jogging is impossible lol
