It's not weird to have a jacket on inside. I rarely take my jacket off indoors, because for some reason, I'm more cold indoors than outdoors. (And no, I don't live in Florida or someplace like that, I live in Washington State, where it rains... like, a lot... and it's cold... so that doesn't make any sense.)
