The Mojave Mine Team explore a 100+ year old mine, the Miners Delight. This mine looks more like a cave than a mine due to the large amount of formations that have grown inside of it over close to a century of abandonment.

That is pretty cool, for being a wyoming native and taught from a very early age to stay out of mines it is cool to see what is in them when done properly.

Obtaining permission to enter this mine required a couple years of research and dedication. Once we tracked the mine owner down we worked to establish a trusting relationship through open communication and several service projects. Now we are able to freely explore this and many other mines in the area and we are also able to open them up to public groups who wish to get a first hand encounter of mining history.
