@TheExtantKiwi hi im new to fallout can you tell me what I should do to get the most out of my character? Since you seem to know? What did you do with your character?

@JoDesroHD No it doesn't. The best thing to do is take the Perks that give you skill points in different attributes to maximise the total points you can gain. Also if you have the "Broken Steel" downloadable content, you want to wait until you reach around level 27 and take the Perk that increases all of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L skills to nine and then find the Bobbleheads for each. Then they will all be at 10.

In your Oblivion Character Guide you were speaking how much Luck was important, and now you just ignore that skill. Why? Is Luck not important anymore in Fallout?
