Ivy, at 13 months old, is introduced to having a bit in her mouth. She also shows how she is learning to bow, fetch, do turns on the forehand, and back to me while free.

  • Hi Marta, thanks! First I would ask the owner of the owner of the horse if it is ok for you to use clicker training. Some folks object to treating horses, and you don't want to upset them. If they are ok with it, then what trick would you most like to teach him that the owners also approve of?

  • What do you fill your beanbags with?

    Enjoyed your vids!

  • Packing peanuts. Lots of them! Thanks for viewing.

  • This is so much better seeing her like this , working with the bit , rather than you worrying about her ears all the time, her ears need to be back on you to communicate.

  • wow my own is half arab half quaterhorse but he was bred totally wrong by his last owner, he has a bad conformation and even on the right feed is only about 14hh. I think maybe less.

  • Thank you for your comment. I recommend you read our article "Don't Skip Kindergarten, Clicker Train Your Foals" that is on our website. Our e-mail is available on the website, and we would be happy answer any further questions. Have fun, we do.
