@LordManda2 I would, but this song has meant a lot to me over the years. I understand it deeply because it keeps coming back to me at poignant moments in my life, each time with renewed meaning. It is lovely, but I'm afraid you're missing the point. The song's about coming to the end of yourself, and in that moment of weakness, learning what it means to trust God.

You see, we only see our little life and think it's everything (I saw a cloud and thought is was the sky), but God wrote all of history, and everyone's personal history. He knows the big picture and my place in it, if I'll only let go and let him put me there. He knows better than I.

Lovely song, but I disagree with the notion that children ought to be taught NOT to question the world around them. That message kills future innovators.

Ah, well. Hopefully the kids won't be literarily sharp enough to match lyrics to message in that regard. ;)
