hi, very nice recipie...i have one query that thepla i make with exactly following ur recipie comes out good but when i store it in fridge for a few days and reheat it turns hard after a couple of minutes....can u please tell me where i m wrong and the best way to reheat on tawa, toaster or microwave....?

Hi
The best way to eat great thepla is when you make them fresh. You can keep the dough in fridge and whenever you crave for, you can make them. And thepla has long shelf life so do not referigerate cooked thepla. Enjoy!
