Here is a tutorial on how to drive the troop hog inside the map on halo 3 that spawns outside of The Pit.

If you dont blow it up it wont say "Press RB to drive" and you wont be able to drive it

Nope its not meant to be a vehicle..Its meant to be scenery..It doesnt allow u to pick it up
