JAKE Heaps had a great game and so did JJ DiLuigi. Not much of a contest but Kris Adams of UTEP was a nice deep threat. Kind of feel bad for Vittatoe and his hurt ankle. BYU looking good next year.

I kind of like the idea of this being the deciding game between a winning and losing season for both teams.

Keep your eye on JJ DiLuigi of BYU in this one a RB who also accumulates a lot of pass yards.

I thought I might be under-selling my team. Any change of opinions for Jake Heaps? Beside his one pick misread, he played amazing. BYU's offense is going to grab people's attention next year, and BYU's defense will be slightly better. Cheers to Independence!

Jake Heaps is a much better quarterback, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and claim that you haven't watched any BYU games this year.

@alwilde98 I think I've only seen them in the losses to TCU and to Florida State and it wasn't the prettiest. Makes it tougher to believe looking at stats when your own eyes have seen something different you know? Hope to see him play much better in this bowl game.

@JohnnyV123 Yeah, most quarterbacks look horrible against TCU, and BYU's offensive line had a tough time with the Florida Seminoles pass rush. Admittedly, Jake Heaps did have rough games in the beginning of the season, though the last four games Jake has thrown 228, 231, 242, and 294. During that four game stretch, he's thrown 9 TD's and 1 Int. I think he's finally come into his own. My prediction is BYU 42, UTEP 21. Though, I haven't watched UTEP, so it's a blind prediction.
