The VDO shows the shoulder reduction technique of a male patient with 5 times recurrent dislocation. The technique begins with slowly forward elevation with slowly external rotation. The technique can be performed without sedation or general anesthesia.

How to put it back YOURSELF with MINIMUM pain?
1st: Take several deep breaths and relax to slow your heart and relax your muscle around shoulder
2nd: Find a bench or table or anything that you can lay your chest on.
3rd: Put your dislocated side of your hand pointing down to the ground. Let it hang downward by its own weight.
4th: Keep breathing and relaxing. Your shoulder will get back in a few minutes.
That way you can put back in yourself with less pain and less damage on ligament and bone.
