George Osborn of the PSO presents proof of secret MLPA meetings to the Fish and Game Commission's February session. The PSO filed suit in San Diego Superior Court in late January, seeking to overturn South Coast and North Central coast MLPA closures, alleging violations of the state Administrative Procedures Act and CEQA.

I'm grateful that the Partnership for Sustainable Oceans is standing up against the corrupt MLPA process. We don't need big oil, developers and the Packard Foundation forcing unneeded regulations and closures on the public.
