Shell to Sea Good Friday Walk to Glengad.

The annual Shell to Sea Good Friday Walk has become a tradition in Erris over recent years. Today's walk from Pollathomas to Glengad was followed by a walk to the beach to take down a net that Shell have placed on the cliff to stop sand martins from nesting there. Today's trip to the beach revealed a large number of fresh Shell security, mobilised secretly in recent days, and only brought to light by today's action. Intergrated Risk Management Services are the security company, headed by Jim Farrell (seen in this video foaming from the mouth) who is an ex-Irish Army Ranger.
