Manuel Blancafort is one of the most outstanding figures of the panorama of Catalan music in the 20th century and is one of the few Spanish composers with a significant symphonic repertoire.
His musical education and the course of his life make for a fairly unusual case, but his work has been silenced in recent years. Now is the time to rediscover it.

  • Very nice music!! Orchestra plays so nice.... This music would sound much better without piano, simply orchestral atmosphere without any disturbing instrument as the piano. It'd had been better written as a full symphonic piece. Is there only one movement?

  • Hello, I'm French. I love this Blancafort's piano concerto n°2. Can you tell me how movements has this work ? Do you know its duration ?

    Thank you very much,

    Corentin Boissier, from Paris
