Mom: How dare you bring that trash into my house! He doesn’t even have a real job! He doesn’t want you for you, he wants to have sex with you and then he’ll leave you! I know his type! He’s a nobody! He’ll just bring you down! You deserve better!
Me: Ma! I love him! He is not trash! He loves me back not just for the sex! We’ve never even had sex! God ma he is a good guy!
Mom: No he’s not I don’t want you to see him anymore! Go out there and tell him it’s over right now!
Me: You can’t change how I feel for him and you have no control over I date! And just because you say I can’t be with someone doesn’t mean anything it’s my decision!
Mom: Oh yes it does, you go out there right now!
Me: Fine!
I went to the dining room to find Kevin standing up looking out the window, I was pretty sure he had heard what my mom said. I walked over to him, and pushed myself into him. I kissed him furiously. For a moment he stood completely still, and then he started to kiss me back.
Mom: AH!
Me: Come on Kevin let’s go…
I looked at my mom,
Me: If he is not wanted here, I’m not wanted here!
I grabbed Kevin’s hand and stomped out. He looked breathless.
Kevin: What…was…that about?
Me: Sorry… My mom said-
Kevin: I heard her but by walking out on her like that you choose me over her…
Me: No it’s just that she was wrong and I can’t let her get to my head… Why were you staring out the window like that?
Kevin: Because when I heard you ay fine I thought you were going to break up with me…
Me: Kevin!
I slapped him.
Kevin: OW! What’d you do that for?
Me: For being stupid! Do you actually think I d leave you like that???
Kevin: Well…
Me: You are really, really stupid! I would never!
Kevin: Ok…I believe you.
He pulled me onto his lips and we stood there for a moment. After he let go he led me to the car. I jumped in and we drove away.

KEVIN’S POV

K: Hey um tomorrow I’m going out with one of my friends would you like to come?
Me: Um… Sure…
K: But you have to promise not to fall for her!
Me: Fall for anybody other than you? Impossible!
K: Actually very possible…she’s extremely pretty!
Me: Prettier than you!?
K: Just promise.
Me: I already did…
K: When?
Me: When I asked you to be my girlfriend…
K: Aw Kevin that is the sweetest thing you’ve ever said to me.
Me: Yeah it was pretty sweet wasn’t it?
K: Now you’ve ruined it…
Me: Sorry…
K: Any way… Are you gonna come?
Me: Um well of course any chance that we get to be together I’m going to take it! Because you never know when one of us might pass away-
K: KEVIN!
She hit my arm really hard.
Me: OW! I’m sorry! I’m just stating a fact…
K: I don’t like that though, goodness!
Her voice cracked and I switched my focus from the road to K. I saw a tear drop slide slowly down her cheek.
Me: Kristina! What’s wrong?
I pulled over to the side of the road.
K: Oh, I don’t know…it’s just…I cant think about losing you…
I pulled her into my chest and let her sob there.
K: Ok… I’m better…Let’s just go home…
Me: Um do you want me to stay over tonight?
K: Sure
Me: OK… but it’d be cool if you wore that new bra of yours while I-
K: Oh God! You’re sleeping on the couch!
Me: Ok… I sowwy though.
K: Please lets go home…
I turned on the car and drove to her house.
