David Strom's Presentation on Cap and Trade at the Minnesota Climate Change Symposium

Mr. Strom is a Senior Policy Fellow at the Minnesota Free Market Institute. From 2007 to 2008 he was President of the Free Market Institute. From 2004 to 2007 he was the President of the Taxpayers League of Minnesota. He is a graduate of Carleton College, and holds a Masters degree in Political Science from Duke University. He has taught political philosophy at Duke University, North Carolina State University, Carleton College, and the University of St. Thomas. He is a fellow of the Claremont Institute. He hosts The David Strom Show on Saturday Mornings on AM-1280 in Minneapolis-Saint Paul. He appears bi-weekly on KSTP-TVs Sunday public affairs program At Issue and is an occasional panelist on Twin Cites Public Televisions Almanac.
