Abu Khan & Julia Morgan

Abu and Julia invite you to donate to and come to the Dancing Stars of Augusta. They are ready to have a ball and would love to have you join them in the fun!!
About Abu:
Abu began his cable career at Jones Intercable in Alexandra, Virginia, in the customer fulfillment department. He was then promoted to management and moved to the California Napa region with Jones where he played an instrumental part in launching new products.
Abu first came to Augusta as a customer service manager in 1996. His talents were then directed to managing the system's information and billings systems and then the system's
business operations. He was promoted to Vice President/General Manger in 2007.

While in Augusta, Abu helped move the system from analog to digital with the system's
successful launches of digital cable, high-speed internet, On-Demand and Comcast Digital Voice. With Abu's assistance, Augusta earned the unique distinction of being one of the first Comcast systems to launch the All Digital Simulcast.

Abu attended Virginia Tech and the Savannah (Ga.) College of Art and Design. He is degreed in computer programming and holds a BBA. Abu is a graduate of Comcast's Elevated Leadership Program's 2000 class and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Augusta. He has two children, and he serves on the board of the Boys Scouts, Imperial Theatre, Family Y Camp, and Safe Homes of Augusta.

About Julia:
Trained in classical ballet, Julia Foley Morgan enjoyed a long career as principal dancer of The Augusta Ballet and Dance Augusta. She was acknowledged by The Augusta Chronicle in 2004 as Performer of the Year for her title role in the ballet Romeo and Juliet. Ms. Morgan also danced with The Augusta Opera, The Augusta Players, and The Ballroom Dance Center. Julia currently teaches creative movement and ballet classes to children all over the CSRA.
