Nina DiSesa is one of the highest ranking female creatives in the industry and recently published a book entitled, Seducing the Boys Club and is now the Chairman of McCann Erickson New York. They share their thoughts on leadership, management, diversity and what it takes to be successful in the ad industry

I definately identify with talking to students with parents who felt that you can't make a living in this business. I would get "thank you's" from kids for setting their parents straight.
