What you mean is Land Cruiser is desparately still trying to catch up with Range Rover from the 70s.
I've had two Land Cruisers as work vehicles, three Land Rovers as family cars, driven Ranger twice.
I know which of the three I'll never spend my own money on...
I'll take a Holden ute any day of the week.

Sorry, when it comes to 4wd I'll keep my M825 thanks. If I need something with doors then I'll take a Defender or a Range Rover.
For sport I'll take my old 240Z back.
And if I need a ute, then your precious Bavarians simply aren't in the game.
But you'll look good towing a trailer.
And for style, the Range Rover still has it over your yuppie compromise. And I'll still take that Holden ute.
