Skyy, regardless of the comments prior I enjoyed this video. The information about bartender skills is a nice change. Keep it up.
On a side-note. You brought up tipping in the past, but I have to say something. When I order a beer and all they have to do is hold the glass up while the beer pours, I can't bring myself to tip. If I order something crazy like a mojito, I tip every time. Do bartenders take offense to not being tipped for beers? Especially when they just open the can.
