parking lights come right out. i replaced mine with red led's

no a dyno tune and PC would finish the setup off. lol

I have a buddy who is about that size; the power is fine but the GSXR is a little too small for him- he rides a Busa and a ZX-12 simply because he has a little more room.

Im about 190 lbs- it is a LOT of bike but as long as your throttle control is good the power delivery is actually pretty linear and controllable when compared to other sportbikes of the same ilk. My 06 w nothing but a PCIII, M4 slip on and K&N filter made 156.4 hp at the rear wheel on a 101 degree day in Las Vegas....they are great bikes!
