Dir. Adam Broomberg and Oliver Chanarin / UK / 2010

Filmed inside Cambridge Universitys anechoic chamber (designed to create total silence) and featuring former Guantanamo Bay detainee, Ruhal Ahmed, this short by Adam Broomberg and Oliver Chanarin is a reflection on Ahmeds experiences whilst in detention (particularly how he was interrogated using high-volume music) and about the use of human sound on the body.

  • PURE & SIMPLE MASSIVE ATTACK!!

  • @PureWay4 America isn't fully represented. Sorry. The votes of the stupid greatly outweigh the smart votes.

  • @kath337 Yeah! That's what I was thinking too.

  • Where's Damon?? :P ;)

  • nice non newtonian fluid's performance!!!

  • @olive1913 Did you know it's being remade? Same voice acting, same story, new and improved visuals! Google it or something, "Dear Esther Remake", it's bloody brilliant. And by the creators of Dear Esther, Korsakovia. Ever played that one? It's quite different, incredibely frightening, but also very very good.

  • @Advancedgod it's a great mod, should have been longer. great expierence...

  • @olive1913 SOMEONE WHO KNOWS DEAR ESTHER, hurray! It doesn't really remind me of it, but I high-five you anyway for knowing about Dear Esther.

  • @kath337 that's probably because it is Damon Albarn
