That means, voters in November will consider a state constitutional amendment limiting marriage between a man and a woman. If the measure passes -- it would overrule the state's Supreme Court decision that legalized same-sex marriage in the state. That ruling sent hundreds of couples to city clerk's offices to get marriage licenses. Currently, Massachusetts and California are the only two states that allow legal same-sex marriages. In California, out-of-state residents are able to legally wed.
