@Sinvey Good point, it would make more sense that way if he was a co-pilot, or who knows? He might have been on a scout team and while they were getting extracted he made the message.

@N3bballFromSteam Normally, Valkyries are piloted by two people, though it could also be a bomber or some other craft... Either way, it makes sense that the spotter isn't the pilot, given that you're bound to miss out on important stuff on the ground when you have to concentrate on flying. Also, Mordian Iron Guard is an Army Regiment, and in 40k the Army doesn't have its own flyers by default - they only get to be guests on Navy craft. I presume this would include Scouts.

@Henners1991 i guess it could be a valkaryie or some other flyer, but uhm, i just noticed that he cant be driving/piloting whatever he is in, no eye movement or arm/shoulder movement to indicate otherwise, maybe he is in a chimera overlooking the "factory" on a cliff?
