I wanted to show people that it doesn't take a long time to fit in exercise. The WORK portion of this workout was 8 1/2 minutes. I did do a good dynamic warm up first, for about 10 minutes (& finished with a cool down static stretch). So this entire workout takes less than a half hour.
I also wanted to show you how to accomplish a lot of goals, in a very time efficient manner. Goals like; strength building, muscular endurance, core stability, full body training, fat burning post exercise, and aerobic/ anaerobic conditioning. Wow! That's a lot of stuff in less than 10 minutes of work.
I also wanted my clients to see me suffer, since I certainly enjoying making them work very hard to accomplish their wellness goals. This content is very simple to apply to your self, or your clients, but you just alter the weights, reps & rest needed to make it appropriate.
