Oregon City, Ore., October 23, 2007— The longstanding relationship between blades and bikers is almost as branded as the 105-year-old backyard start-up company we have come to know, as Harley-Davidson. Just mention the name to a rider, and no longer will the conversation be about a motorcycle—but a standard of excellence, and a trail of dust. Benchmade Knife Company understands and shares this bond in the knife industry and is proud to announce an official license agreement with Harley-Davidson.

  • Hi Cajunblaze .I really like your video on the Hardtail .I'm waiting for mine . I want to ask you does the omega springs rub against the aluminium on top of them ? I just saw a picture of a 13100 and it seems they do ! I'm worried a bit because this could weaken them and they will snap . :(

  • @catfishBG I gave this knife away to a friend last Christmas. I don't remember the springs rubbing. Thanks for watching!

  • dude! price on that?

  • Price was $200 Cash and Carry.....

  • what do you think of d2 steel?

  • I really like D2. I only have a few knives with the D2 steel, but it does keep a great edge.

  • lol he said MOTO SAAAACKLES ???

the BUCK is simpler and better... my opinion :-)

  • How does this compare to the SOG tomcat 3.0? they look very very similar

  • Good vid, nice knife

  • That's my favorite knife. Coolest knife in the world.

  • @thecajunblaze thanks man!

  • @SgtToadette Really? Where I live, the limit is 5.5 inches. Which is perfect for my Harley-Davidson LFK (Large Folding Knife) at 5.20 inches. It was also less than half the price of the Hardtail.

  • Nothing screams barely legal like a 3.99 inch blade.

    Haha! Awesome!

On my to get list. Only thing I don't dig is the Harley Davidson logo printed on the blade. I like my blades to be as naked as possible.

  • I own the harley davidson backroad. Benchmade recommends you dont take your knifes apart because it voids the warranty and all the other options they offer on their knifes.
