How was this woman ever considered a viable candidate for President? -SMH

@emmettk Two excellent posts. However, with one caveat: You think that circle watcher even has a GED, much less a attended high school?

Bachman makes William & Mary School of Law look bad. You would think a school green lighted by Thomas Jefferson, a founding father, would have taught her basic US history. To people who complain about the IRS and taxes, I say your real problem is people like her who receive their LL.M. in taxation and work for the IRS then runs for President complaining about the system she defended (literally she was an IRS attorney)

God, I LOVE Chris Matthews!! That guy says "Well...what I think...she's talking about...is how we're spending..." Chris talking 'bout "WHAT?!! DID YOU HEAR THAT?? YOU WANT ME TO PLAY IT AGAIN?!!" The guy: "ah, ha,ha..."

@SuperDachshund Point well made!

@starscreamdkmo >>evangelical christian conservitives are 3/5s of a person<<
Such a cool idea! Then the people who own christian "conservitives" will have less representation in Congress and christian "conservitives" can be set free from their bondage. That's awesome! Thanks for posting! I have been dying for a way to free christian conservatives. They so oppressed! We need to limit their owners' power and you are an angel for providing just the way. "Conservitives" are 3/5s of a person!!

@ixnay66 >>The president of this country should know its history, don't you think?<<
No, I think the job of president and the job of history professor have very different requirements, but the fact that Matthews can't read a map RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS FACE explains why the idiot he voted into office thinks America invented the automobile:

Don't you think Barack Obama should at least know the basics about this country? Like that it didn't invent the automobile? Come on!
-
@ixnay66 You are unfamiliar with the 3/5ths clause. She called John Quincy Adams a "forbearer." That's true. She didn't call him a "founder." She called other people "founders." Listen again.
Matthews is the bubble head.

@SuperDachshund You've completely missed the point of him bringing up the 3/5 clause. Calling him stupid also doesn't bring the focus away from Bachman. It's like you're shouting "look over there!" hoping we'll all forget about Bachman, who is representing citizens of the United States, unlike Chris Mathews.
@TGDRacing Did you not learn in High School that the Founding Fathers not only did not "work tirelessly until slavery was no more", they themselves owned slaves. That meant they treated African families as livestock. Do you honestly want to defend Bachmann's statement in any way, shape or form? You call Matthews a moron. Please enlighten us all how she was right about America's history of slavery and he was wrong. Is it the fact that you don't agree with him what makes him an "idiot"? Please.

Maybe instead of serving tea, they should open a history book.
