AWESOME STAR BIRD SPACE TOY FROM MILTON BRADLEY 1978

This awesome STAR BIRD was the ultimate space toy from the late seventies.
It ate Kenner Star Wars Toys for breakfast and was way cooler than anything else I can remember.
The design was really stunning and the electronic engine and laser cannon sounds were awesome !!!!

I found this *and the Star Bird Command Base* in my attic last week while looking for garage sale items. So amazed that everything was still there (even the turret and gun) with hardly any signs of use; I remember playing with this for hours and hours so either must have been really careful or toys were just made to last back in those days. ;-)

I had 2 of these wonderful toys! I could spend hours imagining I was either fighting the Cylons or the Imperial Fleet. Cannot remember who I traded themwith or what for but woe is me, woe is me! LOL
