  • I just wanted to say that you guys are doing an amazing job. The production value of these videos is top-notch. I hope you guys continue doing what you are doing. There is no other RC related video blog I would rather watch and I just found you today researching that Durafly Spitty you reviewed. Consider me subscribed.

  • @PastorOfMuppets143 Thank you for the very kind words!

  • Is anyone going to answer my question on how to get in touch with Hobby King other than email? I had to send back 2 lipo's because I ordered the wrong size. My return was delivered on May 7th to them in Lakewood WA. Is it a black hole there or what? Am I out $63.00? HobbyPartz, Nitroplanes, Tower, etc has a lot better costumer service. HK is big enough they can for sure afford it. HK has the worst coustomer service I have ever dealt with thus far! Any advice would help. Thanks!

  • @UtRadioGuy Hobby King is a very large distributor with many employees. We are a very small production crew struggling each week to deliver the highest quality content possible. Besides the obvious lines of communication, I'm at a loss for a recommendation for you. Did you try their forums? I know Anthony reads through them daily. I am sorry that we are not equipped with the time, or resources, to process customer service issues for Hobby King.

  • @flitetest - Thanks for the info... Where are their forums?

  • @UtRadioGuy Just go to the "Community" link on the Hobby King website. I hope this helps.

  • What! No guns on this thing? Put a bunch of cheap walmart battery guns on it and you have a flying, bombing, shooting model airplane. :)

  • u think u could prob fly fpv with that plane or to large

  • very awesome plane man :)

  • Knowing what it takes to make videos like this I salute! Very informative and well done video! Wow two camera team that's amazing man! Great videos and top notch quality! Keep doing what you love! - SpeedFreakTV!

  • :) Outstanding!!

  • grreeeaaattt video flite test u are my idol btw what is the song called that you used towwards the end cheers

  • @catamaranman333 - I have made another purchas from HK since my bad experience. I bought 7 strands of the Turnigy 60 LED lights and made my Radian a night flyer. The LED lights are the best out there, and very bright! That purchas turned out good, and had no problems. I have video of my radian with all the LED lights on my channel, so check it out if you have the time. I would buy LED lights from them anytime.

  • @catamaranman333 - Yeah I did get my exchange from HK after almost 2 months of bugging them. And I had to fight hard, and put a lot of time into it. I made posts on all the major forums, & never gave up. They finally gave me credit so I could get the right Lipos. BIG Lesson learned! If you buy from HK make SURE you get the right item, know it's gong to be a HUGE headache to send anything back, & you may or may not get a credit. Think of it like this.. ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS!

  • Bee-ooo-ti-ful!

  • @UtRadioGuy I know this is an old post and I hope you got it sorted out but I was gonna throw in my $.02. HK will pay attention to you if: #1 They think you are a regular poster on any of the major RC forums. #2 You are persistant as hell. I think its partly like they say and HK is a "major distributor with many employees" but it's a fact that part of their business plan is to make it hard to get a refund. Most people give up after one try and it lets them skimp on QC and shipping also.
