Under the creative helm of Chef Partner Kerry Simon and Executive Chef Marius Blin, Thalassa-influenced menu options will be introduced, otherwise known as the 'De-Light' Menu, during a week-long preview event, making several Thalassa-based menu options available on a permanent basis. Further highlighting Sofitel's emphasis on the gastronomic experience, the program will feature low-calorie cuisine, highlighting the chef's inventive techniques in creating healthy meals without sacrificing flavor.
