Why avoid getting Betadine into the wound? 2:22
I was tought to use a solution containing Betadine for irrigation.

The admonition against using epinephrine in the extremities is not supported by the evidence. Read the article in Journal of Hand Surgery, Volume 30, Issue 5 , Pages 1061-1067, September 2005.
