This is a close up of a BeoLab2 subwoofer playing La Roux - In For The Kill dubstep remix from the Generation Dubstep album. It's a fantastic dubstep tune and really shows off how hard this sub works to please it's audience! You can clearly see the movement of the woofers in this sub and it is a very impressive sight for any audiophile! The sub is used in conjunction with a pair of BeoLab 6002 front speakers and a pair of BeoLab 4000 rear speakers.

@mongooseaudio If that's your opinion then fair enough. But to say that just because it's expensive it's not audiophile equipment is just stupid. Does that mean the likes of Arcam, Kef and B&W aren't audiophile equipment either?

I hope the sub was set to 'Free' and on setting '1' for maximum power!! BeoLab 2 is a stunning subwoofer - it never ceases to amaze me with it's all-round ability, even at low volumes!

it's a good looking sub but way underpowered you could probably push them at least three times as hard. i'm not hating or anything, im just sayin needs more excursion.

@aimanbaghiani Yeah I could've definately pushed it harder. But there is a balance to be struck between audio fidelity and all-out bass attack!

Hi, yes I put the stereo track over the top & synced it with the original audio track. The original audio recording wasn't good enough quality to pick up the bass properly, plus mono sucks! Thanks for commenting :-)
