The Zelda Project - Ear Casting (Part 1)

Hello everyone,

We're back with another Vlog providing a look at "The Making Of" the costumes for The Zelda Project (a.k.a. TZP)

Watch our process as we create molds of our ears in order to sculpt custom prosthetic ears! Spread over two days and two locations, we used a tutorial found at alleycatscratch.com/lotr and changed a few things here or there to accommodate our needs. This was our first time ever doing this, and it was interesting to say the least, with fantastic results.

Dental alginate is a really cheap alternative for this, it's also pretty hard to screw up if you work fast :)
