I just bought this tool off of e-bay.........$70.00. The directions specifically say, "DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS WITH THIS DEVICE". lol May be why some are wearing out the threads??

a good design, one problem I've had with this type though is wearing out the threads too quickly.
