How to Enable Multitasking/home screen wallpaper on devices that are not capable!!!

This will show you how to enable multitasking. You do need to be jailbroken for this.

u dont need to do all that, well in my case u dont. i just double tapped my home screen button and was able to multitask. ( iPod Touch 4g )

You first need to install 2.0 and after it 3.0 and at last 4.0

@mrfreeman1995 Cydia is as fast as the app store on iPhone 4. But i was talking about the multitasking which is too slow on the older stuff plus Ive never used winterboard as it lags everything.
