The time it takes you to lock onto an aircraft, you would have already destroyed that threat with your cannon. Avoid using heat-seekers unless you're going to equip beam scanner.

There's no need to disengage your pursuit if you know certain maneuvers that will get you in the direct rear of the jet. It just takes practice, trial and error, and experience. Also, don't use heatseekers, b/c many players nowadays have flares, rendering HS useless. Equip yourself with rocket pods as to engage enemy ground targets when enemy air presence is absent.

@nicky69691 Its just practice. Its hard. When i started playing bf3 all i wanted to do is go in jets. Now its like why even bother, i can take out the tank with mines or rpg much faster.

If you were capable of using the cannon... at all, that "chase" would've been over 3 seconds after started.
Real pilots don't use heat seekers.

Nice tut man ;) keep it up

Youre so awful, why would you even make a video? your technique is only useful to people who dont know how to maneuver the jet at close quarters, which is in fact a very easy thing to master

You can't use heat seekers no more man, cause everyone has flares now so it's a kind of waste to have them equiped so I like to use the guided missile to grab attention from the vehicles on the ground and help the guys on the ground.
