I worked on this music video in Santa Clarita, CA. I think it was done around 1983 just before Sammy joined Van Halen.

@Companyofheroesgame, that judge is John Kalodner, one of the music industry's best known A&R reps; now retired. He was responsible for Sammy's pre-Van Halen solo success as well as Aerosmith's late 80's early 90's success too.
