I love the guy on this(not literally love), its just he's got my sense of humour. Great tips too, Ive been stuck on this after trying over 10 times, and I think I might actually be able to do it next time I try.

Yeah, it's pretty easy until the final round. I got the achievement yesterday, because I somehow managed to dodge the first guy's knife and took it away from him. (and stabbed the rest)

It's all about timing tho, spamming A won't do as someone posted earlier. A baseball bat is relatively easy to dodge, but a knife is harder. It took me about +10 tries until I got this.
