Young People still care in Washington, D.C.

I interviewed Frank, Dmitriy, Stephanie, and Margarita on the street corner of 14th and R in Washington D.C. Unfortunately, Dmitriy's section didn't come out because of a very large bus that drove by right then, which is unfortunate. I spotted them in the Taco Bell, sitting with a homeless man they had just bought food for. They were very surprised afterwards when I approached them and told them that I had been videotaping them at the table, but were willing to talk to me about why they were doing what they were doing.
