How the heck did u get to Kaeson Station when only Puhung and Yonggwang Stations are opened to tourists (as far as i know)?

I think nowadays the most common tour starts at Puhung, then on an empty train to Yonggwang, and after some 15 minutes in a train together with the Koreans to Kaeson Station. At least, that's what we got last year.
I just returned from my second tour with a small group, we requested to visit the metro again, but with one or more extra stops. We were allowed to get of the train at Ponghwa ("Torch") Station, not as spectacular as the other stations, but still pretty nice.
